Life after c25k

Hello everyone! I'm looking for an app that will help structure my runs in the same way that a c25k programme would, but is (slightly) more advanced. I was using Zombies, Run! but the main app doesn't provide any structure once c25k is over. I downloaded the Nike Run Club app and, while there is some structure there, what it provides is some supremely irritating guy talking at you for ages and ages, which really isn't what I want because you can't hear the music - I need instructions, not misplaced "motivational" speeches. I just want someone to say "walk for five minutes", "now run", "run a bit faster", "stop and walk home", etc. Has anyone found anything like that? This is driving me up the wall and making me want to give up altogether.

I don't use apps, so don't know what is available ATM, but when I finished C25k and was looking to increase my distance, I found Bridge to 10k and the One Hour Runner plans online. I preferred the One Hour Runner because it didn't go back to 1 minute walk/1 minute run again as the Bridge program did, but a lot of people did that plan. Hal Higdon's website has apps for training all distances. You could try a 10k plan or 15k and see if you like it.

There is a couch to 10K and a couch to 13.1 Just pick a spot on the program that is comfortable for you and go from there

I follow a youtuber who was upping his running and tried the custom training plan app runna.com He's a pretty straightforward guy, and he thought the app worked well. I haven't tried it.

My Garmin has "Garmin Coach" which is a slightly customized training plan. It's okay. I've used it a few times.

There are a bunch! VDOT has an AI generated ongoing training app - I think there's a free version. There's Runner's Connect if you want to work with coaches - lots of things out there either free or $20/month. Garmin has free downloadable programs (Garmin Coach as mentioned) you can choose from and even if you don't have a Garmin device, you can find the training programs at garminconnect.com.
