Not loosing weight after 2 weeks

Hello, ive been using this app consistently for two weeks. Ive only gone over the calorie limit a couple times, i started at 163, i got down to 160 and now im back where i started i feel so stuck.
Current weight 163
Goal weight 130
Female, 5’4, and i have pcos
Just a few months ago i used to be 135 and i suddenly gained all this weight back, it scares me and i dont know what to do.

2 weeks is not enough time to gauge a calorie amount. Give it 4-6 and then review and adjust accordingly. Daily weight fluctuations is water so don't worry about it. You can sometims have a 5lb a day shift due to your diet the day before depending on carbs and sodium consumption2

Also it's common to gain a little weight in the beginning. The body thinks "omg I'm so active now, I need more energy" so you may eat more. Don't worry about it, that will go away.
Also, after about a month when your brain (thanks to exercise) starts producing more dopamine, you won't reach for food as often for the dopamine hit.0 -
1. it’s too soon to tell. give it a few menstrual cycles and note that different times of your cycle will make the scale go up
2. you’re already going over your calorie goal “multiple times” in a two week period, which means you may be averaging out to maintenance calories
3. expect this to take many months. this is a long game.1 -
2 weeks is very short to see changes. How often do you weigh yourself? If you only weigh yourself once a week then what you might be seeing on the scale is water weight or poop weight fluctuation. Say you lost 1lb in a week, which might be quite realistic for your current weight. But you didn't have a bowel movement in 2 days, which is not so unusual if you eat differently or start to be more active. On top a bit of water weight due to hormonal fluctuations, or just any other reason. And instead of 1lb less on the scale you see 2 lbs more, because there's an additional 3lbs in water and poop weight. It's normal, and it shows you're alive and your body works as it should. Congratulations. ❤️ But what I'm trying to say is: more patience. Visible weightloss doesn't happen in 2 weeks, and the scale going down does also not happen in 2 weigh-ins. You could weigh every morning, naked, after going to the loo to keep track of those fluctuations and learn that they are normal.2
