Trying to get back in shape AGAIN! Hope I am successful this time. One day at a time. Here's to day 1!

    The good news in returning to fitness is that the body remembers how to move, so it's sometimes easier the second time. It just takes the discipline to get started, which can sometimes be harder the second time around, lol. But you sound motivated, so sounds like a good start.

    Me too! I do find thr mfp app helpful. When I track my food, I stay more on track. Sometimes the schedule is so full that I go a day or 2 without logging. But I am giving it my best shot to do every day. I wish you success!
