Hello everyone one I wanted to start this discussion for people over 50 struggling to lose weight! My problem is not only motivation but limitations. I try to walk and get so winded and my back wants to give way I have a bad knee on one side and a bad hip on the other! I need to lose over 100lbs I need to do this for my health. I just love food.. ughhhh I tend to binge eat after a day of two dieting!! Appreciate any suggestions. Oh and Not to mention I suffer from depression and anxiety! Anyone else floating in this same boat?

Keep working at it. My father lost 90 pounds through sensible eating and exercise when he was in his 60s. His health was such that it saved his life and he went on to live for 20 more years.0

You could wait until you drop some weight to start exercising. Take some of the strain off the joints first.0
