Hi,
I've just started myfitnesspal account today and I'm wondering if anyone is following the program for p90x and if so, how do you put entries into your exercise diary. I have searched the database and can't come up with a substitute for p90x.

Thanks!

I am! I am loving (hating) it. For Plyo i use the aerobic for cardio, Yoga X - I input as Hatha Yoga (stretching) and Kempo X as Tae Bo. The strength training, you can enter all the exercises in and then just update them. It saves the descriptions. OR... I keep the strength training on paper and then just log (Chest/Back P90x 1/1) - which I am sure is not the best way to do it.

i would love to know if there is a better easier way

I did P90X for a week before I started Turbo Fire and I just manually entered it. So for cardio I just created "P90X Kenpo X" etc. For the strength ones like Shoulders and Arms I manually entered it onto my section based on the names of the moves listed at the bottom of the screen on the DVD. I hope this made sense!

Hi, Most people create their own exercise under "cardio" and enter the amount of calories. P90X workouts range from 200 calories (stretch X) to 900 Calories (PlyoX) I recommend getting a heart rate monitor to keep track of your progress.
