            I’m late to join in this month but I could use a challenge to keep my mind focused. I’m up 12lbs since it’s gotten hot here and I honestly have been eating later than usual and snacking at night. I wake up early with my husband for work and after he leaves I find myself hungry. But is it hunger or just now a bad habit. ? Anyways, with my weight creeping up, nows the time to reign it in 💪

I didn’t eat any of my husbands lunch as I was making it nor did I snack in the middle of the night 🙌1 - 
            My weight is also creeping up!

Lns:1 the gummy bears called to me after my husband left for work. The middle of the night isn’t a good time for gummy bears. I tried gum and once that was all chewed up I grabbed the bears..now my head kinda hurts.. oh well. I shall keep trying..
