I went to one of our local parks today for a walk around the lake. To my surprise they had exercise equipment that looks like its built to stand the elements. Being in Ontario not sure if they will take them down for winter or not. But they had to machines that you could do chest press, arm lifts, knee lifts, 2 for (not sure what to call them) where you can swing your legs, air walker, and leg press. If I can figure out how to get the photos from my phone on here then I will add the photo I took.
My question to everyone is do you have one in your community? Or have you heard about them? I think its totally cool. If I knew of it earlier this year I might of gone to the park....well maybe if it wasn't so hot outside.
Similar to www.greengym.ca or www.fitnessoutdoors.ca but different equipment.

It was fun. I tried a few machines but felt alittle self conscious. Definitely will use them in the future. I figure maybe some of the "fitness cities" may have them, like California and or Vancouver.0

Ineresting. All I've seen were bars. Either for pullups or for gymnastics. It was funny to see people struggle with 1-2 pullups. Then I rattle off like 13.0

**After posting this 13 years ago, I never did try these out. We have them in 2 parks that I know of, but I have a membership at PF and I have a Fitness instructor and program with Fitstrategy.*0
