Just back from gym:
- 15mins on cross ramp (150 cals ish)
- weight machines (3 machines - 4 reps of 15 each, 25kilos on each machine)
- 1500metres on rower (KILLER!, try and beat my time of 6mins30secs each time, hard to do)
- 20mins on AMT machine (about 230 cals if I can stay on it that long as it's boring)
- floor exercises/free weights for 25-30mins
Did this for 79 mins this evening, burnt 697 cals I think it was. Not bad. Do it all again tomorrow.0 -
So far 50 squats, and some triceps!
I hate squats...for the love of god they're torture0 -
Only a 20min walk so far today. Will do day 6 of the 30DS level 1 when I get home.

Did a 5 mile tempo run this morning and then walked around for 2.5 hours at Artprize... it's a really cool event going on this time of year in West Michigan... I may go back this weekend since I didn't even come CLOSE to seeing it all!!!!

1100 meter swim at 6am, and it took 40 min. I'm working my way too 1500 meters in 40 min.0
