    Just back from gym:

    - 15mins on cross ramp (150 cals ish)
    - weight machines (3 machines - 4 reps of 15 each, 25kilos on each machine)
    - 1500metres on rower (KILLER!, try and beat my time of 6mins30secs each time, hard to do)
    - 20mins on AMT machine (about 230 cals if I can stay on it that long as it's boring)
    - floor exercises/free weights for 25-30mins

    Did this for 79 mins this evening, burnt 697 cals I think it was. Not bad. Do it all again tomorrow.

    Did a 5 mile tempo run this morning and then walked around for 2.5 hours at Artprize... it's a really cool event going on this time of year in West Michigan... I may go back this weekend since I didn't even come CLOSE to seeing it all!!!!

    Off to band practice which can also be a workout... but I love singing!

    Walk the dog, warm up run on the treadmill and some crunches and leg work outs.
    Just getting back into the work out since my knee bummed out on me. :smile:

    1100 meter swim at 6am, and it took 40 min. I'm working my way too 1500 meters in 40 min. :wink:
