Story of my life! Lol... I read this and I was like wow, this sounds like me! I continually gained weight in college and now I'm the biggest I've ever been. I'm at the point now where I just wanna be healthy, and lose weight the right way. It's all about a balance. I used to be so skinny, yet I was always trying to lose weight! CRazy!0 -

You guys are all doing so amazing!! It's October and the final stretch for us!! No matter if we reach our goals or not (I know some of us already have...AMAZING JOB!!!), any loss is excellent and we should all be proud of ourselves!!! Here is my weigh-in for this week:

Only have TWO more pounds to reach my goal! Then I will have lost all the weight I gained with my last pregnancy! Still won't be at my real pre-pregnacy weight (this was my 4th child), but hey's it's a start. So happy right now.0

Well Sept. was a bust for me. I did horrible about losing any weight but I managed not to get to out of hand with the gaining. But now it's Oct. and today I've gotten off to a good start. I'm also in the 10,000 steps a day group for Oct. just to motivate me to do better. So far it's working. Don't think I can make my goal but if I can do half of what I have left I will be thrilled. I'm already feeling the walking in my legs. That's a good sign.0

It is good to be nearer my goal, still totally frustrating though. I lost 0.4lb this week, anything is good these days. My BMI is 22 so I am not really over weight, thing my body is protesting lol0 -
