losing more than 2 lbs a week....

do people find you loose more than the 2 lbs goal if your calorie intake is just below or at you daily intake???

It generally depends on how much you have to lose. If you need to lose 100 pounds, it will come off a lot faster than if you're only 10 pounds from your ideal healthy weight. Also, you tend to lose more the first week than later. I lost 7 pounds my first week, but I need to lose 94, so that's just a drop in the bucket.0

I was always about 1-200 calories under my goal and I lost around 3-4 lbs per week. Not really sure how healthy that was but I felt great0

My goal is set to lose 1 pound a week, but I lose 2 - 2.5 pounds weekly. I feel good, and I am eating about 1700 calories a day. i just figure that I must be more active than I think, or I am blessed with a high metabolism. I need to lose 25 more pounds to be at healthy weight.0
