this is a school project i am doing. i have to keep track of what i eat for 4 days. I realized i need to eat more healthy things.:happy: i should really cut down on sweets and i am going to take it slowly.:sad:

    Yeah, once I started logging my junk food, it made me want to stop eating it. Every once in a while I'll have something sweet, like chocolate. What I'm craving right now is strawberries.
