Hi everyone! My name is Sunny and I lost about 20 lbs using MFP a few years ago. But that was premenopause and now the weight is back and it’s not budging using the same strategies as back then. Now I’m post menopause and realize I need a different approach. I’ve increased my protein intake and avoiding simple carbs. Also started strength training at the gym 3x/week and doing dumbbell workouts at home on days I don’t go to the gym. Aquafit class occasionally as well. Haven’t stepped on the scale since I started back because the scale is triggering for me. Have started logging my food intake as well. Would welcome any advice/suggestions for losing weight post menopause.
