i have dance practice 4 times a week 55min. each. is that too much or too little?

"Too much or too little" is an extremely relative question... it's all about what your body can handle. If you notice aches and pains, then it's too much... if you don't feel like you did anything, then it's not enough.
One piece of advice though... you might want to mix it up a little bit. Add a different activity or some strength training, and you'll see results even faster, plus, it's lots of fun to try new things!0 -
Well if its practice then it can't be too much because you don't have a choice, I used to have vb 3 hours 3 days a week and matches 2 days, and then I'd also run and well my body shut down! I started getting sick A LOT so I cut back the running, just make sure you don't over do it outside of dance.
