Fast weight loss or fast fitness, either one: Bad plan. You can look good. "Fast" isn't a great way to make that happen. "Fast" is more likely the route to haggard, hair thinning, brittle nails, low energy, muscle loss, health risks, eventual regain, and more bad stuff.
Find a way of eating sensibly reduced calories that you can stick with long term - ideally forever, because I'm betting you'd like to look good ("be in shape") for the rest of your life, not just briefly. (Something like 80% of people regain lost weight. Don't be one of them. "Fast" is a good way to join them.)
Adopt a fun (or at least tolerable, practical) exercise routine that fits into your life well, one that's just a manageable challenge not punitive. Make it appearance-focused, if looking good is your main goal. That probably means mostly strength training, with enough cardio in the mix to give you attractive energy and glowing good health. Increase duration, intensity, or frequency as you get fitter (or change exercise details) to keep the challenge in the picture, in order to keep making progress.
Don't get in shape fast. Get in shape effectively and permanently. You're only 19. You've got a lot of decades ahead of you that will benefit from ongoing good health and good looks.7 -
I suggest you get a nice haircut, put on your best clothes, take a full body picture. Be proud of how good you look! Now imagine how good you're going to look a year from today after losing weight and working out for a year.

Tip 1: acknowledge it won’t be fast
If you eat so little that it actually is fast, you’re shedding a lot of muscle with the fat.2 -

start drinking a lot of water daily. Start a healthy eating plan..but don't do a starvation diet. Walk most everyday for 30 to 60 minutes. Do some pushups.. and exercises in your bedroom every morning or night. ..and give it time.. each day you'll look better.0
