Is it true that you shouldn't eat after 8 or 9pm?

Nope. I think it just matters how many calories you have eaten that day0

pretty sure it all depends on the person... me for example, i dont get to sleep til about 5-6am, so if i were to stop eating at 8-9ish i would be pretty hungry right as i was going to bed... also, my body is more active post 9pm than it is pre 9 pm. So im pretty sure thats just a generalized suggestion for people who work 9-5s and get to bed at 10 everynight... however, i could be wrong0

Just give your body 2 hours to digest food before going to bed so that it has a chance to use the fuel provided by the food.... Once you go to sleep your body starts storing the products of food n not using it effectively0
