I only saw the first 30 minutes and it really got me thinking about what I put in my body. I saw it last week and have cut out so many things from my diet and turned to healthier things. I've lost 5 pounds in 4 days.0

I saw this and we now buy grass- fed beef only ( more expensive but we just eat less meat now) It was very informative and eye opening. A must see!0
