Today I was going through signing up for weight watchers for the I don't know umpteenth time and I thought this is crazy. So I canceled the login put $20 in my savings account. That's the conversion from US to Canadian and decided I can do this on my own. I have the technology.
My fitness pal provides you with the tools so how do I think another app is going to change things? Because in fact it's me that has to get the work done.
I'm pumped and I and I'm hoping to stay enthusiastic. What do you do to keep motivated??
I'm hoping to do 6 months just like I would have signed up for today and I need to make this a daily habit.

Give yourself the money back for a new frock if you stay on plan. I just started back yesterday, and the biggest change is drinking the water requirement. It helps stave off hunger. You can add me as a friend if you like. I’m hoping to log everything I eat so will be on here a lot.2
