When my sugar goes up my skin on my neck gets hot and clammy. Why??

Complete guess, but I’d say you are likely a diabetic. More info. regarding specifics would be useful. At points you feel symptoms as you’ve stated have you checked sugar at those moments? Really if you haven’t you should go get a full physical and blood work done by your general practitioner.
