I've been in recovery from anorexia for a while now, and thought I'd share a before-and-after (it's just my legs). I'm super proud of this :]

I'm wearing the same spandex in both pictures.

If you're going through any sort of recovery from an eating disorder, you can do it! I never thought I'd be able to do this, and I'm still recovering, but I'm here if any of you need to talk to me. I'm currently on the verge of a relapse, so I'm trying to prevent heavy restriction using MFP (hence why you might think my intake is low for my activity level...I'm just trying so hard not to completely relapse right now!).

    I cnt see your pics but wanted to say that i'm so glad you are on the mend and hope you're feeling so much better when you're healthier that you'll want to stay that way.

    You are dealing with a life-long battle and you have already shown that you are strong enough to beat it!!! Your legs look great and soooooo much healthier than in the first picture!! Focus on being healthy and all of the reasons you want to be healthy and you will continue your success! You can do it! You look great!

    You've done such a wonderful job!!! You are beautiful. Your story brought tears to my eyes, I've never been in your situation but I know that you are a strong person and you can continue to stay healthy. Your pictures prove that you can do it! Don't stop and never give up!
