Did you know that SUSHI is a version of 'healthy pizza' of 21st century???
Sushi effect - it's low calories, but its carbohydrate, so it's filling, which mean you're less likely to snack in that mind-afternoon dip. Sushi lunch is relatively low in fat and you have the protein as it tends to be fish and also a little big of vegetable.
> my question is: DO YOU FEEL PLEASED FILL AFTER YOUR SUSHI MEAL?
I have friends that say: NO, after 10 min they feel hungry again.
I feel good and full all day?
How about you?

I am in Japan now because of sushi lol. I adore it to a disturbing extent maybe...
I feel extremely pleased after my sushi meal, but I can easily eat A LOT!
It is very expensive, but if you are willing to pay for enough (ex go to a sushi restaraunt/bar and spend $30 or more), it should be filling...lots of rice!0 -
I'm in the UK and most supermarkets do sushi packs for approximately £2 - £4 depending on the size! I find that a medium pack leaves me feeling satisfied and a large pack leaves me feeling full!
Sushi is WONDERFUL! It's delicious and good for you! I wish I could afford to eat it everyday! lol :happy:0 -
If you are in Japan like "I like vinegar" you discover what the concept "pure food, pure taste, pure ingredients" mean... When I was there I loved shushi and all japanese cuisine. So healthy so good!
Yosinoya rocks! haha...0 -
Only tried it for the first time recently, but it totally rocks!0

I occasionally grab a sushi roll as my 'breakfast' (at around 5:30-6 p.m.) when I'm working nights, and that holds me until around 10 or so, which is a good 'mid-morning' snack time. I don't think I've ever had sushi as a meal otherwise, though. DH & I usually split a roll or two as an appetizer when we go to the hibachi style restaurant here. Of course, there's usually 6 or 8 of us splitting the rolls, so we only get 1 or 2 pieces each. I've also gone to sushi bars/restaurants, but there's generally salad & soup included.
Now I'm craving sushi!!! Thank you0 -
I love sushi, but I find that I must have soup and salad for one roll to be filling. My 2 year old loves sushi, he eats 3 rolls in one sitting, and I feel good serving it to him.0
