Husband said I'm too fat and should start restricting and counting calories with this app. Lol!

So? He can say a lot. But if you don't want to lose weight you won't lose weight because motivation has to come from the inside.1

This app was recommended to me a decade ago and got me a handle on how to lose weight and how to keep it off. When I backslide, out comes the app again for a reality check of what I’m really eating versus what my brain thinks I should be eating. Good luck on your new found fitness journey and be sure to thank your husband!0

This app works for me when I use it. If I want to lose weight, I know how to do it: eat less and move more. Yes, I do and always have needed to lose weight. When I choose to pay attention to how much I eat, I lose. You may or may not need to lose weight. That's for you to decide. If you decide to, the tools available here work for many of us. Your husband or anyone else telling you to do it won't work. This is a very personal journey.0

If my husband told me I was too fat he would be my ex.7

You're getting fat
Oh yeah, well you're starting to sound like my ex husband.
Hmm, I didn't know you were married before.
I wasn't.....4 -
Tell him you learned some important info from myfitnesspal...A recent study has found that women who carry a little extra weight live longer than the men who mention it!!!🤓5

First, seems like you have a sense of humor about the entire thing.
My husband said something to me along those lines long ago in my marriage. It was a guy being a guy, stupid comment. What did I do? well.. I lost the weight by decideding to put myself first. No longer did I cook all those meals for him that I overate.. I cooked for myself and stayed on a diet. I let him cook his own choices. His rude comment actually did me a favor.. So.. put yourself first and have the last laugh.10
