Before and After...with pictures

I haven't shown pictures in awhile. I've hit a weight plateau...but have had a lot of NSVs...inches lost. Mileage run! In fact, after my run this morning (as soon as it gets light!) I'll have completed my goal of running 100 miles in September!
I started my current journey in March after I got home from an epic trip to Paris and Barcelona with my family! I was motivated by seeing the fit, gorgeous and stylish women in France. Surrounded by all that good food they managed to look great and maintain thin and fit figures.
At the beginning I weighed 168 lbs. I am 5'10"
My weight loss has been slow, but I hope sustainable. I have gone from too tight size 8s (and some 10s) to loose 6s and some 4s. (Don't you love size inflation?!) My initial goal shorts are now pretty baggy but wearable. I have donated two large garbage bags of clothes...I wanted to give away my safety net.
Here is my current picture. I weigh 150...I have seen 149 but not for a few weeks. I guess this is the plateau. *sigh* I'm keeping up with my healthy eating, my exercise, trying to mix things up. My next weight goal is 145 which is my driver's license weight. LOL My final goal weight would be whatever it takes to get rid of the jiggly dimply in my behind region.
I have upped my protein, lowered my carbs, increased my water intake, increased my fruits and veggies. I eat pretty "clean" with not many processed foods. I love Nugo protein bars. I also love Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches.
I have been through a TON of stress since March...I am now going through a divorce. (I could say I lost an additional 170 lbs!) I am proud of my progress in spite of the stress. I get a bit tweaked when people who know me attribute my loss to the stress diet but I have managed to mostly eat healthy, not stress eat much, not forget to eat too much either. It has been hard work.

Well done you. You have made amazing progress even through a very stressful time in your life with a divorce!!! It would have been easy in this period to go back to bad old habits but you had the will power to battle through. Give yourself a massive pat on the back. Keep up the great work0
