    Consult your doctor and get advice from a nutritionist or dietician..if your 115-123 your already at a normal weight or borderlining on being underweight....losing weight is not a smart idea for you:flowerforyou: You look a lot younger than 19 as well....hmm

    not sure about the rules on MFP but I really think your parents should be involved with your account on here and you should make them aware of how your feeling in regards to your weight..I bet your parents can help ya.:flowerforyou:
