    UGW: 135 - maybe! I'll see how I feel at 145, since that was my original goal when starting MFP.

    Weight lost since last week: Up 1.6 lbs. It's been a baaaad week. I've had a terrible cold, terrible TOM, and I didn't eat right or exercise. I'm just glad I didn't gain more.

    Minutes spent exercising this week: 183 (I only worked out 2 days, and one of those days was just walking)

    Goal weight loss for next week: To Loose anything at all!!! Gained but I believe it is from Muscle. :)
    Goal calories burned for next week: 1000 a day = 7000 (burn off most of what I eat)

    Nutrition goal: eat more fresh vegetables. I am bad about purchasing them.

    What would you have done differently this week: not sure I think I did really well with getting up and exercising, eating right. Not eating fast food or bad snacks.

    Ok, so my goal was to drop the beer and late night snacking. Didn't happen, so I put on 2 lbs.

    Bad Boy!!

    However, I worked out every day, and burned around 1800 calories for the week.

    GW:195
    CW:218 +2 from last week
    UGW:195

    I will continue to workout daily. My nutrition is really not bad, its the beer and late night snacking that kills me so my goal is to drop the beer for the entire month of October.

    So here is a update after 2 days of no beer...I lost the 4 lbs I put on. I am hoping to keep that off for my weigh in Sunday
