When I was running I didn't have love handles. Stopped running and I got my love handles back. I weight train do abs and all that still have my love handles. Running was the only thing that got rid of mine. I need to get back into running.0

Yes they will but you should exercise anyway. Exercise will help ensure that as you lose weight you will lose less muscle and more fat then dieting alone. But as you lose fat you will lose it everywhere, eventually.0

You should always exercise. It'll make you healthier.0 -
Love handles may shrink with dieting, but cardio is the only thing that will get rid of them. Moving is good for you anyway, so why not start with a walk?0

Love handles are mainly fat! So dieting is the key.
However, exercise is very important in losing weight and in shaping your body
You can find many exercises to target love handles online..
Walking and running are great too!
Good luck, dear!0
