Hi guys! My name's Rachel, I'm 19 and relatively new here! I came here to lose weight with all of you. I thought this would be the perfect place to get motivated to lose weight, since so many of you are doing so yourselves.
I used to be somewhat slim, but I over ate and ended up in this situation about 15 pounds heavier! Ugh. But I'm feeling exceptionally motivated (maybe the feeling will come and go), and I have decided to try again. It doesn't hurt to try, now does it?
Also, my friends and family aren't necessary helpful with this since they don't eat very well, so i'd love to make some new friends on here!

    some days are harder than others....
    but don't let the feeling go away :)
    in the end it is worht the effort
