My name is Cindy, i''m 40, 144 lbs and too much body fat! I want to lose 15 pounds at least but more importantly get into shape and reduce that nasty body fat.
This site is wonderful! I just started fitness boot camp this week. Kicked my bootie! I ran a mile in 15:08 andn couldn't' do any situps. Embarassing!!!
My husband and I have changed our eating habots tremendously in the past month but still wasn't losing much, so I decided to kick it into high gear! Plus we're taking a cruise in 20 days! So wanted to get into shape for that!
