    Hello, and welcome!

    But . . . 180 what? Pounds, kilograms, or . . . ? In what context?

Me, 133.6 pounds (60.7 kg) this morning at 5'5" (165 cm), in maintenance (year 8, after losing 50ish pounds/22.7kg in 2015-16), female, age 68.

I'm assuming it's 180 pounds . . . maybe 180 kg (396 pounds) but more likely pounds since your profile says female. I'm going to assume your biggest goal is weight loss, because that's the commonest goal here.

Back in 2015, I started at about 183 pounds. Calorie counting with MFP can help with weight loss, if a person commits to the process (and adopts a sensibly moderate plan).

Whatever your goals, I'm cheering for you to succeed: The results are worth the effort!
