I am looking for support going into candy/sweets and holiday

SO, I have been pretty wimpy on adding my foods ....and with the holidays coming up FAST I want to focus on putting in my foods and measuring out the servings.

Add me if you want to cheer each other one as we go though this time of the year...you know it gets colder, we put on a few more "layers" ehhh :noway:

    i just ate like 10 pieces of candy, i dunno what they are called but they look like those peppermint things that are red and white but the ones i had were keylime and green and white :-P

    I'm a big sweets person too, so I really want to be careful around the holidays too! I try not to deny myself anything, I just try to balance it out with the rest of the day. It doesn't always work, but I do my best to make up for it by being more discplined the next day. I also have learned that having too much around the house makes me weak. I haven't gotten a game plan about christmas cookies yet....maybe I'll give away more than I keep! :)
