Finished the 30 Day Shred! Lost 5 inches off my waist and 12 lbs in 30 days :)

    I've been at it for a week and a half and haven't seen any results yet. I took some "before" pictures so hopefully when the time comes for the 30 day pictures, I will notice a difference.

    Stick with it :) I didn't notice a REAL difference until about 2 weeks in.

    I am hoping to get great results like you I started Day1 yesterday and holy hell my legs are killing me!!! It is all worth it though!

    @hrobinson-it's the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels (I bought mine at Walmart for less than $15. You need only the dvd, a mat and weights (mine are 3 lb) and it will kick your butt and shred it into shape. LOL It might not result in a lot of weight loss but it does do a LOT of toning! (I am adding elliptical to mine to add to the weight loss hopefully!)
