I am needing some different suggestions on how you would handle this situation. I am an order selector for an Autozone Distribution Center - long story short, I select anything Autozone stores sell and get them ready to ship. Basically rounding down, I estimate the I am walking a good seven hours
a night - four nights a week. I am estimating when walking I am probably at a good 2.0 mph. Although my body is used to this and I don't count it as exercise time, I am using calories to do it. What I am trying to say is would you eat part of these calories back and not count it as exercise, or not? I hope this makes sense.

The main issue of whether you should count those calories burned is the activity level you selected when you first signed up. If you choose that you were sedentary then you should count it as exercise and eat a portion of the calories earned back. If you choose an activity level as being higher than moderate I would not count my work day as exercise because those calories burned are already figured into your daily calorie allotment.
