I have come back to the free MFP because I started gaining my weight back :'( . I do not own a smart phone or Android or iPhone, no tablet, or other devices, only my desktop which does not allow apps. I'm 74 yrs. old, my health is not good, and I do not see me owning a cellphone other than the flip phone I have. My question is would Premium MFP benefit me at all. I can't scan QR codes etc., but I would like access to more detailed info when logging and tracking foods. I tried WW Zero Pts., but they switched to using apps only, so here I am again. I track Fat, Carbs, Fiber and Protein (and need to track sugar to tell me how many points I've eaten for the day - and yes I know this is not WW, but I was doing pretty good on the points system)! Can someone please help me to do better here. I'm on 1600 calorie a day diet, (but try to keep it under that if possible) with my daily goals set at 140g. Protein, 62g Fat, 120g Carbs and 21g Fiber. (I've also set sugar at 45g per day. I would gladly do MFP Premium, if it would benefit me without having devices that require apps.
Thank you to anyone who can help. Have a blessed day.
