How can I find out how many calories I should keep as my budget for the day? Is there a calculator?

Go on Google and type in calories calculator or TDEE calculator. Enter all the information of age, weight, height and body fat. It’ll give you your daily calorie “Maintenance”. Meaning if you eat your maintenance calories, you’ll remain the same weight. If you want to lose weight, eat in a daily deficit. There’s a bunch of YouTube videos you can watch on this subject0

Or put them into the MFP calculator choosing a realistic loss rate and eat that many for a month, logging as accurately as possible.
Adjust after a month if neccesary.
Remember MFP calculations expect you to eat back exercise calories.2
