Here is an awesome idea for a 200 calorie lunch!

Thanks to DeeDeeLHF for telling me about the LaTortilla High Fiber – Low Carb Whole Wheat Large Tortillas!

1 Large WW La Tortilla High Fiber – Low Carb Tortilla (80 cal)
0.5 Tbsp. Hellman’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil Mayonnaise (25 cal)
1.25 servings (1/4 of a 13 oz can) Member’s Mark canned Chicken Breast (88 cal)
Chopped onion and Lettuce as garnish. Salt and Pepper

This was so delicious! It was delightful! It was decadent!

Today, I’m planning on a tortilla with 2 eggs and salsa…..

Anyone have anymore ideas?

I love the roll up. I also like to use Broccoli Sprouts and Green Onions.

I love doing a wrap with tons of spinach, some chicken, dried cranberries, and some light feta dressing drizzled over the top....mmm....I wish i had the ingredients now!

Or my new fave... Laughing Cow cheese, instead of the mayo. Only 35 cals per wedge.

Another option, instead of the lettuce and onion, would be shredded cabbage (cole slaw mix) and diced green peppers.
