For me its to do my second week of 'couch to 5K' programme. Its a british programme that aims to get anyone who hasn't run before running 5 kilometres in 9 weeks. Just finished week 1

Congratulations, and well done for finishing Week 1! Share your progress with as much data and details you want (or not), but either way I’m rooting for you!
Once you are bitten by the running bug (as I was), come and join us in the Challenges section (monthly running challenge)!1 -
I hope that you talked to your doctor to get his approval before doing high impact activities. Most orthopedics doctors in the US do not recommend running after a TKR surgery unless the patient is young, slim/fit, had previous running experience, and it had been close to one year after surgery.. Maybe things are different in the UK.
Good luck!

My doctor in the US told me I would not be able to run after TKR (unless I had to get out of the way of a bus!). I would definitely ask your doctor.

Same here. I had TKR in 2010, and just found out recently I need to have my replacement replaced 🙃 Most definitely not looking forward to it, especially now since being diagnosed with both Myasthenia Gravis and neuropathy.2
