Error in Creating Food

I've tried this several times on a web browser (Chrome) on desktop to create a food to add to the database. When I tried to click on submit/ok after typing in the Brand and the Food name, it gives me an error message. Tried this today, yesterday and the day before. Can you please investigate this bug? Thanks

I used to ve able to see all my nutrients for the day, which helped me know what to stay away from or eat more of, now all I get is recipes. Are you going to change this back?0
