Fasting timer

I am facing issues in stopping my Fasting timer in the MyFitnessPal app.. whenever I try to end my fast it keeps saying you have already logged a fast for this day. It doesn’t let me end my fast.. I have to delete the fast and enter it manually again.. anyone else facing this?

what if you don’t use a timer in MFP and just enter what you eat within the window you allow for yourself?

why make things so complicated? If you feel fasting is beneficial just use the clock.

You can just rename your Meals to hours on the clock. For instance, instead of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (or whatever the default names are) you can rename the five meals to:

    Midnight - 4AM
    4AM - 8AM
    8AM - Noon

etc...or any names you want. "Fasting, Midnight- 8AM"

    You get the idea. :flowerforyou:
