Personal goals for month of October

*lose those 2lbs(ha ha)
*Cheer VT to a lossless October
*get my name OFF that mortgage
*not to get food poisoning or food poisoning sypmtoms ONCE
*continue to conquer fear of public squatting
*better ignore tha haters in the office!
*not buy kids ONE trinket they do not need
*find another veggie I'll eat rather than roasted broccoli
*Popcorn only 2 times a week

    I think I need to jump on the popcorn goal wagon. I eat way to much of it!

  • Lose at least 1 lb a week. Would love that!
    Keep up the exercise..would like to bump it from 3 to 4 times a week...we'll see. Its going to be a busy month.
    Learn to love myself more. Always looking at the negative.

    *Begin wogging (walking/jogging again)

    I miss popcorn...

    I've got an air popper, and it's great. You can make popcorn pretty low calorie. But I think EVERY NIGHT is impeding my goals.

    2. Put on a little lost muscle from all this calorie restriction

    Also to burn 10,000 cals a week.
    Buy a NEW car
    Buy a cycling bike (I have a great mountain bike but it's too heavy)
    To ROCK at my new job starting monday.
    Find a girl or a "boo"..lol

    1. Make my first goal of losing 15 lbs by my birthday (28th)
    2. Stay away from Halloween candy.
    3. Encourage others more.
    4. Get back into exercising!!!!!!!!!!!
    5. I don't want to fall back into eating fast food when life gets busy. The last two weekends of October are going to be crazy busy and not a lot of time to eat. Dx Gonna have to pack fruit with me!
    6. See my dad lose another 10 pounds. :)

    1. Lose 5 pounds from now till the end of October
    2. Complete JM 30 day shred
    3. Switch to a new universirty
    4, Get another sinus surgery...
    5. Be really happy all the time... lol I need more happiness:heart:
    6. No more "off" weekends. Possibly 1 off meal per week, but not an off day... It's counter-productive
