Hi everyone, I am a over-eater and a snacker, I lost weight over the summer but gained it back cause I can't stop snacking and eating everything in site. Even while walking I'll stop at a store to pick up something and if the store has samples, forget about it. I know it's a bit of emotional eating because I was with my boyfriend all summer and I recently had to move back home so I miss him like crazy and now I can only see him once a week. So that is one reason I eat, but i think the other is I just LOVE food. Hopefully this site can help me keep track of what I eat and how much. Okay ciao.
