Hey everyone! I’m 41 - looking to be consistent with my exercises and food choices. I’m working towards losing 100 lbs.

    Hi there! I'm new and in your boat. I have 100+ lbs to lose. I absolutely need motivation and encouragement. I'm a hermit by nature a realize I just have to get out and walk do something!!! Maybe we can help encourage each other?
  • Hi! brookerene1982 and Mommason2032! You don't have to tackle food and exercise changes all at once! I started with finding one or two recipes I could meal prep and moving my body came later. Take it one day at a time! You got this!
