Exercise/Calories Burned

How can I calculate or Determine calories burned per exercise considering weight lifted and reps.

It's a fools errand to estimate calories by reps of all kinds of lifts.
Just go by session time. There's an entry in Cardiovascular for Strength Training which is probably close enough.0 -

Don’t try. You’re wasting your time. You’ll never be accurate enough to get it even close. Most weight sessions are around 200-300 calories burned so just log something like that and be done with it. There are too many variables to get any closer.1

^ I enter 250 for mine. The MFP strength training estimate for me is around 300 but I prefer to be conservative so I choose 250.1
