Bringing Fun Day Wednesday Back!!!


I want to challenge everyone for Next Wednesday....This can be done At Home or On Treadmill (Prefer Treadmill)....but we want to do Side Shuffles at a low speed for 5-10min depending how you want to challenge yourself....(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3frb76PzAE&feature=related) and jog or walk backwards on the treadmill...(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gCrut3TLy3s) NOT with a medicine ball or at the same pace as the girl...These are examples...BOTH can be done at the speeds you want...These exercises were brought to my attention by a lady at my gym...that she saw them in Shape Magazine and was like Steph is the person that will try this with me...and YES...i love challenges and to exceed my own expectation!! Who is in with me...Now I will be writing down names!! Come on guys...Lets do this!! FUN DAY!!
