Errors adding foods and from database

Everything was fine until about a week ago and now whenever I search for a food and then try adding it to the diary I get "Sorry, but the page you requested was not found. Please check the URL and try again."

I got around that by searching the database instead, which worked for a couple of days and now I've started getting the "oops this page is not available".

I'm not using the free version and am paying a subscription for this - can anyone tell me if this is being addressed? Thanks
