I have been bigger than average my whole life. When I stepped on the scales 5 months ago after seeing the pictures of myself from a cousin's wedding... I knew I needed a change. Since then, I have been trying out the Keto diet, I planned my macros, found a company that I can get meal prep from, and here we are, four months later and 54lbs down.

I have a long way to go, but I am so proud of myself. That's something I haven't said to myself in a long time.

    It's called Keto Kitchen Lytham which is based in the UK. They're pricey but the food is delicious and they've been a godsend for me as i don't have a lot of time to prep my food.
