Don't wanna be all preachy and stuff, but it's a cause that's close to me, so I hope you'll all allow me a moment to mention this:

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I lost my wonderful sister-in-law to breast cancer three years ago at far too young an age. Here's hoping stories like that become fewer and fewer until they're gone altogether.

Ladies: Get yourselves checked out. Guys: Encourage the women in your life who are important to you do get checked.

"Squish a boob...save a life."

    My Mom Aunt and cousin are miraculously survivors, thank you for posting this important awareness, and reminding me its time for a checkup:)

    A worthy cause that affects us all, in one way or another. Please support your local cancer fund raisers.

    Ladies .. Please Please Please .. get yourself checked ... Regularily.

    I've walked the Denver Race for a Cure for the past few years and am running the 5k tomorrow AM, so thanks for posting this.
