And? Are you getting desired results? Or just getting tired?

Is 3 hours a day on your bicycle sustainable for you long term? If you're enjoying that, and it fits into your lifestyle in a happy way, that's great.

My best tip whenever anyone asks for one here it to think about how to make weight loss (relatively) easy, rather than trying to make it fast. Long term success depends on figuring out new habits we can keep up forever to stay at a healthy weight, without requiring constant "motivation", and that are compatible with an overall happy, balanced life.

That's a different mindset from "lose weight fast then go back to normal".

Extreme restrictive eating rules and punitively intense demanding exercise tend to make people crash and burn pretty fast. A sensibly moderate calorie deficit, tolerable/practical (ideally fun) exercise are a better plan, and easier to sustain long enough to lose a meaningful total amount of weight. As a bonus, that kind of routine can also help us find and practice new habits we can continue to stay at a healthy weight long after we reach goal.

Yes, tips for what exactly? And how long have you been doing 3 hours per day on the bike? As Ann said, it may be sustainable for you, but it's highly unlikely. What about illness or injury (overuse, most likely)? Then what is your plan?

Finding the correct calorie goal (daily / weekly) for your desired weight and learning to eat consistently within that goal should be your primary aim.
