Hi All

My daughter (missfluffyuk) and I live in Adelaide, South Australia. We are looking for MFPers to join us on our journey to lose weight and get fitter.

All are welcome, but in particular anyone else from Adelaide. We thought with summer coming we may even arrange an outing or two...

Weekend Challenge:
Log everything - the good and the bad..... Just to get used to doing it.

Week 1 Challenge: Mon 3rd to Sun 9th October 2011
1. Drink at least 2lts water everyday
2. Up your exercise to minimum 300 calories everyday
3. Log everything.

Go team Radelaide!!!!

    Team RADelaide! I thought it might also be fun if other cities wanted to form their own teams to meet and post challenges too...

    Alright, I'm in. I'm going to add my own goal onto the above though. In week one I'm going to lose 2kg.

    So I have a question... I have work for 7 hours today. Does that mean I get to log 7 hours of walking exercise? :P

    Uhhmmm ... it really depends. Did you set your activity level as sedentry? If yes, then you really need that pedometer we talked about and then divide the actual steps by 2500 to get real minutes and cal burned. But i will let you have say 2 hours at slow pace (generous aren't I! lol).

    If you are set at more than sedentry then no, you cannot count it as it is already built into your cal goal.
