I'm back again

This app helped me incredibly 12 years ago. I was 27 stone then and unrecognisable. I'm not here to gloat. I'm here to encourage following this community and the app. I would like to show you my progress and am always open to giving my advice and tips on what worked for me. And I am back to stay healthy and tone up. I'm so happy to be back and feel free to add me as a friend.
