Is microwave popcorn good for weight loss or not

I tend to watch a lot of movies and the perfect snack is obviously popcorn but is it actually healthy for weight loss?

    Hi. I don’t think microwave popcorn is bad, it depends on what you are counting, calories or carbs

    I’ve periodically been using the 100 calorie snack sized microwave popcorn.

    I have an air pop-popper, which I love. I think it's the perfect movie snack. I even sneak some into theaters (Sssssh!).
