Daily accountability partner?

Looking for a daily accountability partner to check in with once a day and to help each other stay on track! I was 219 and now I’m 193 at a plateau and needing some extra help!

Hiiii, I'd be interested in being accountability partners. I started at 224 and am currently at 200. I'm trying to get down to 110 which will take a long time... but I'll get there hopefully. What do you think is causing the plateau?

Happy to join you both as an accountability partner. I’m based in Sydney, Australia. I started at 174lbs(79kgs) and down to 163lbs(74kgs) after 6weeks. My target is 128lbs.

Post in the comments what our weight was at the start and what it's at now. Also, write down in the comments exercise goals and whether we've achieved them or not.

I also want to be part of the journey.

Q: Would you be willing to share the data overall, including the wearable data from my Apple Watch and Withings scale? We could set up an open page for accountability.

Hello, I also need accountability partners. I’m currently weighting at 261 pounds . My goal is to get under 200. My plan is to walk 2 miles daily. I struggle with eating Less carb and more vegetables.

Hello, unfortunately from the timeframe of when I first replied to now, I have lost only ONE pound (initially it was 2, making me 198 pounds, but due to a disappointing weigh-in today this is no longer the case), making me 199. Why does my body hate me? Why am I eating 1200 calories most days for my body to do this to me? I always seem to struggle whenever I get near numbers that determine a definite shift in the weight loss ;(. Do I need to start hard restricting types of food again? Hopefully the next time I update it will be positive, and that everyone else on this website can stay focused and achieve their goals unlike me.

I would love to be part of an accountability group as well. It has helped me in the past stay accountable.
We could create a new group to track weekly weigh-ins.

1200 calories is really not enough. If you restrict too much you slow your metabolism making it harder to lose. You should use a TEE calculator (total energy expenditure) too see what your body burns in a day. Then, subtract 1000 from that number to see how many calories you need for a safe deficit.

Hi. I have read online that if you restrict calories and nutrients your body needs to lose weight effectively, then in that case the weight loss will go in the undesired direction. Maybe you're not eating enough.
